Invictus CRM is built by Team Invictus Services Inc., based in Surrey, British Columbia. Our founder, Jagmeet Singh, has run a cross-border insurance and financial services practice for more than 20 years — life, critical illness, travel and visitor, group benefits and general insurance.
Generic CRMs never fit how that practice actually worked: households instead of contacts, compliance documents that must be signed and filed, carrier quotes, renewals, and a team of advisors who each need their own book. So we built one that does — and we use it ourselves, every day.
