A free Chrome extension for Invictus CRM users. Add leads, meetings and tasks from any email, keep every client conversation on their timeline, and reply with templates — without leaving Gmail.
Open an email. Click the Invictus button. Done.
- Details filled in for youThe sender's name, email, phone number and message are pre-filled from the email you have open.
- Add a lead — Life or GeneralChoose the CRM space and products, then save. Duplicates are caught before they're created.
- Book a meeting or add a taskLinked to the client or lead, and synced to your Google Calendar if it's connected.
- Manage existing clientsSee their stage, open tasks and upcoming meetings. Change the stage, complete a task, reschedule or cancel a meeting.
- Sent emails log themselvesWhen you email a client or lead, it's saved to their timeline — with a one-click "follow up in 3 days". You can switch this off.
- Templates in your replyPick a template and it drops into your email with the client's name filled in.

Create your key
In Invictus CRM: Account settings → Gmail connection → Create my key. It's private to you and can be cancelled anytime.
Add to Chrome
Click Install in the same screen and choose "Add to Chrome". Works in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Connect
Click the Invictus icon, paste your key and press Connect. That's it.
Connect Google (optional)
On your CRM profile, Connect Gmail and Connect Calendar to send from your address and sync meetings.
It reads only what you ask it to.
The open email, only when you click
The button reads the email you have open only at the moment you click the Invictus icon. Nothing runs in the background.
Sent emails to your own clients
When you press Send, it checks the recipients. Only emails to your own clients or leads are saved — everything else is ignored. You can turn this off.
Goes only to your CRM
Data is sent only to your own Invictus CRM account using your personal key. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
No mailbox access
Connecting Gmail lets the CRM send email as you — it cannot read, search or delete your mailbox. See our Privacy Policy.
