This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and isn't permitted when using Invictus CRM. It applies to every agency, advisor, and user account on the platform, and forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. You Agree Not To
Use the platform to collect, store, or process personal data you are not legally authorized to hold, or for any client relationship you don't have a legitimate business reason to manage
Send unsolicited commercial email in violation of CASL or any applicable anti-spam legislation (see our Anti-Spam Policy)
Attempt to access another agency's data, or any account you are not authorized to use
Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the platform's security features, including authentication, access controls, or rate limits
Use the platform to transmit malware, or to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying source code of the platform, except where applicable law expressly permits it
Use the medical questionnaire, e-signature, or quote calculator features to knowingly submit false information on behalf of an applicant
Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the platform to any party outside your own licensed agency without our prior written consent
Use the platform in any way that violates applicable insurance licensing, securities, or financial services regulations in your jurisdiction
3. Fair Use
Features such as email sending, document generation, and API-backed lookups are provided for genuine business use by licensed insurance advisors and their agencies. We reserve the right to apply reasonable rate limits to prevent abuse or protect platform stability for all users.
4. Client-Facing Content
You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you send to your clients through the platform, including emails, newsletters, and documents. Rate estimates generated by the Quote Calculator are estimates only — see the disclaimer shown alongside every quote — and final pricing must be confirmed with the relevant carrier before a policy is bound.
5. Consequences of Violation
Violating this policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our discretion, depending on severity. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and give you an opportunity to correct minor issues before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform or other users.
6. Reporting a Violation
If you become aware of a violation of this policy — by another user, or affecting your own account — please report it to support@invictuscrm.com.
